Marketing Executive

Position: Marketing Executive

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (In-office)

Salary: Up to AED 5,000/month + performance-based bonuses

Key Responsibilities

• Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display)
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms).
• Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
• Managing and updating web content using CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Supporting SEO activity including keyword research and content optimisation
• Pulling reports and analysing performance using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
• Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
• Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms
• Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
• Grow audience engagement, leads, and online sales through digital channels.
• Work closely with management to align marketing activities with business goals.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, advertising, and social media management.
• A working knowledge of key digital channels including organic, paid, and email
• Confidence using platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, or Meta Ads Manager
• Familiarity with CMS tools like WordPress
• Basic understanding of SEO and how it supports content performance
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong understanding of digital analytics, ROAS, CPA, and campaign optimization.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Highly motivated, independent, and results-driven.

• Fixed salary: up to AED 5,000/month.
• Performance bonuses: based on sales growth, campaign KPIs, and ROAS improvements.
