Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans that drive footfall, enhance brand visibility, and increase sales across the hypermarket outlets. The role involves close coordination with internal departments, vendors, and creative teams to execute campaigns that align with the company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional campaigns, in-store activities, and seasonal marketing events.
- Develop creative content for social media, print, and digital platforms to boost customer engagement.
- Coordinate with design and production teams for marketing materials such as posters, flyers, banners, and digital displays.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report on performance metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail/FMCG sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with design or marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Meta Business Suite) is an added advantage.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask efficiently.
