We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and help amplify our brand presence across multiple channels.

Role Overview:

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating and executing strategic marketing campaigns to promote our real estate properties and services. You will work closely with the sales and operations teams to build brand awareness, attract potential buyers and investors, and drive leads for both residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for property listings, new developments, and company services.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including website content, social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising (SEO, Google Ads, social media ads).
  • Create visually compelling marketing materials, including brochures, property flyers, email templates, and digital ads.
  • Coordinate and manage property photoshoots, video content, and virtual tours for high-quality listings.
  • Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns by tracking key metrics, such as lead generation, website traffic, and social media engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate influencers, media outlets, and third-party vendors for PR and promotional activities.
  • Organize and promote events, such as open houses, property tours, webinars, and industry expos.
  • Monitor competitor activities and trends in the real estate market to adjust marketing strategies as needed.
  • Ensure all marketing materials reflect the company’s brand identity and market positioning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in real estate marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, social media, Google Analytics, and email marketing).
  • Proven experience in content creation, including photography, copywriting, and video production.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and real estate listing platforms (Zillow, Realtor.com, MLS).
  • Excellent communication, creative, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with real estate market trends and property sales processes is a plus.
