Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and secure new patient case opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with surgeons, department heads, and hospital leadership.
- Develop strategic account plans for growth.
- Track market trends, competitors, and local healthcare changes.
- Keep accurate CRM records of activities, forecasts, and pipeline.
- Deliver regular business reviews and reports to management.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field.
- 1+ years medical pharma/healthcare marketing experience (hospital-focused).
- Proven record of exceeding sales and case-generation targets.
- Willing to travel extensively within territory.
