We are looking for a creative, proactive, and execution-oriented Marketing Executive who will be responsible for brand tie-ups, partnerships, and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities.

This role involves working closely with brands, partners, schools, and internal teams to create high-impact on-ground and engagement-driven marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Tie-ups & Partnerships

  • Identify and approach potential brand partners aligned with NELTAS’ audience (students, parents, teachers, schools).
  • Build and manage relationships with publishers, ed-tech companies, child-focused brands, and service providers.
  • Conceptualize and execute win-win brand collaborations such as offers, samples, co-branding, sponsorships, and content integration.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and execution of approved brand tie-ups.
  • Maintain proper records and trackers for all partnerships.

BTL Marketing Activities

  • Plan and execute BTL activities including school activations, teacher engagement programs, student engagement initiatives, and event promotions.
  • Coordinate creation and distribution of marketing collaterals (standees, flyers, banners, giveaways, kits).
  • Ensure brand consistency across all on-ground and offline touchpoints.
  • Support execution during key initiatives such as exams, workshops, felicitation events, and special campaigns.

Coordination & Execution

  • Work closely with sales, operations, and design teams for smooth campaign execution.
  • Coordinate with vendors, printers, and event partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Assist during events and campaigns as required.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Track and report outcomes of brand tie-ups and BTL activities.
  • Share post-activity reports with learnings and improvement suggestions.
  • Maintain documentation related to campaigns, partners, and vendors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or BTL activities (education sector preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good coordination, follow-up, and execution discipline.
  • Creative thinking with a practical, hands-on approach.
  • Comfortable working on-ground and with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
