Marketing Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our flower shop team. The ideal candidate will be skilled with computers and digital tools, have a passion for marketing, and be comfortable working hands-on with flowers and floral products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.)
• Create and post marketing content (photos, videos, offers, promotions)
• Take photos and short videos of flower arrangements and shop activities
• Assist with basic graphic design and online promotions
• Handle online inquiries and support sales through digital platforms
• Help with in-store displays, promotions, and flower arrangements when needed
• Coordinate marketing campaigns for events, seasons, and special occasions
• Maintain customer data and follow up on leads

Requirements:

• Strong computer skills (social media, basic design tools, MS Office)
• Experience in marketing or social media management
• Creativity and good visual sense
• Comfortable working in a flower shop environment
• Willingness to learn about flowers and floral arrangements
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Experience in retail or flower shops
• Knowledge of photography or video editing
• Arabic and English communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
