Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Female Marketing Executive to support and execute the company’s marketing strategies. The role involves brand promotion, lead generation, digital marketing activities, and coordination with sales teams to enhance market presence.

Roles & Responsibilities

Marketing & Promotion

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote company products and services
• Assist in developing marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Support branding activities and ensure brand consistency across platforms

Digital & Social Media Marketing

• Manage company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Create and post marketing content (posts, flyers, banners, short videos)
• Coordinate with designers and agencies for marketing materials
• Monitor engagement, inquiries, and online leads

Lead Generation & Coordination

• Generate marketing leads through campaigns, events, and online platforms
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups and conversions
• Maintain customer and lead databases

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities
• Collect customer feedback and prepare market analysis reports
• Track marketing performance and campaign effectiveness

Events & Client Coordination

• Assist in organizing exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and event organizers
• Support corporate presentations and promotional meetings

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare marketing reports and presentations for management
• Maintain records of marketing activities and budgets

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in marketing (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred

• Experience in IT / ELV / Construction / Trading companies
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
