The Hospital Marketing Executive is responsible for driving marketing initiatives to increase patient acquisition, improve brand awareness, and foster relationships within the healthcare community. This role requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to enhance hospital visibility.
  • Design and execute campaigns to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create targeted marketing content.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, SEO, and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate special events, health fairs, and community outreach programs.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with PR to handle public relations and media communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in healthcare marketing.
