Role Overview- We are looking for a highly energetic and execution-oriented Marketing Executive to strengthen Toprankers’ on-ground presence in Dehradun. The role focuses on school and college outreach, lead generation, local marketing activities, and relationship building with educational institutions.
This is a field-intensive role requiring strong communication skills, an ownership mindset, and local area familiarity.

Key Responsibilities
School & College Outreach - Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and education counselors
Conduct regular visits to schools and colleges for:
Seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions
Branding activities and student engagement drives
Coordinate with academic teams for demo classes and counselling sessions

On-Ground Marketing & Lead Generation
Execute local marketing campaigns including:
Flyers, standees, posters, and banner placements
Event marketing, education fairs, and student meets
Generate high-quality student leads and ensure timely handover to the counselling team. Track daily outreach activity and conversions

Brand Visibility & Partnerships
Identify and activate local partnerships (hostels, libraries, cafes, PGs, bookstores, etc.)
Ensure Toprankers’ brand presence is strong across key student hotspots in Dehradun
Represent Toprankers professionally in all external interactions

Reporting & Coordination
Maintain outreach reports, lead data, and activity trackers
Coordinate closely with Centre Head, counselling, and central marketing teams
Provide market insights, competitor activity, and student feedback

Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 1–4 years in field marketing, education sales, or institutional outreach
Mandatory: Own two-wheeler (bike) with a valid license
Strong local network with schools and colleges in Dehradun is a big plus
Excellent communication skills (Hindi required; basic English preferred)
Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and daily travel
Highly disciplined, self-driven, and result-oriented
