We’re a proudly UAE-made, Australian-owned kombucha company focused on creating clean, gut-loving beverages for our community. As we continue to grow our brand and presence across the region, we’re looking for a creative, driven, and reliable Marketing Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management:

Own and manage all Booch social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Plan and schedule weekly content.
Engage with followers, respond to messages, and grow community presence.

• Content Creation:

Capture and edit photo and video content at Booch events, markets, and activations.
Create engaging Reels, Stories, and carousel posts.
Work closely with the founder and team on seasonal campaigns and launches.

• Email Marketing:

Create and send weekly newsletters using platforms like Mailchimp or Flodesk.
Build and maintain email lists, monitor open rates, and improve engagement.

• Event Marketing:

Support in capturing content during markets and partner events.
Promote events pre- and post-activation across all platforms.

• Brand Voice & Messaging:

Ensure all written content is in line with Booch’s tone — friendly, cheeky, clear, and on-brand.
Draft product descriptions, blog headers, captions, and key messaging when required.

Requirements

• Location: Must live near Dubai Investment Park or Al Rigga — or be willing to relocate.
• Language: Must have strong spoken and written English (no exceptions).
• Experience:
• 2+ years in marketing, social media, or content creation.
• Experience in managing Instagram, TikTok, and newsletters.
• Skilled in using Canva, basic video editing apps, and Instagram native tools.
• Other:
• Confident capturing content using an iPhone or DSLR.
• Willing to learn, flexible, and open to feedback.
• High attention to detail and deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Knowledge of kombucha or health and wellness products.
• Previous work in FMCG, food/beverage, or startups.
• Basic understanding of analytics and ad performance (Meta Ads, IG insights).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
