Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Executive to support sales and operations for our hoarding (outdoor advertising) business. The role involves client coordination, site inspections, campaign execution support, and identifying new advertising locations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field work and client interactions to ensure smooth and effective outdoor campaigns.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Maintain basic records of hoarding sites including size, availability, and lighting type.
• Conduct regular site visits to check visibility, cleanliness, and any obstructions.
• Coordinate with clients for site selection, pricing discussions, and campaign duration.
• Assist in coordinating flex/vinyl printing and mounting activities.
• Ensure timely installation and share Proof of Posting (POP) photos with clients.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness through QR codes or client feedback.
• Support negotiations with landowners for new hoarding locations.
• Follow up on municipal permissions, licenses, and renewals.
• Observe competitor hoardings and identify high-demand advertising areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
