Key Responsibilities:
· Strategy & Planning: Develop & implement marketing plans, strategize campaigns, align with business goals, manage budgets.
· Content Creation: Write copy for ads, websites, social media manage multimedia content.
· Digital Marketing: Oversee social media, SEO, email campaigns, website updates (CMS).
· Market Research: Analyze trends, competitor activity, identify target audiences, and new opportunities.
· Campaign Execution: Organize events, promotions, product launches, trade shows, and manage ad placements (PPC).
· Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, use analytics (Google Analytics, HubSpot), and report insights.
· Collaboration: Work with sales, design, PR, and external agencies/vendors.
Key Qualifications (Typical):
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
· 1-2 years experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
· Strong communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency with marketing tools (CRM, analytics, CMS) and MS Office.
· Creative flair, analytical skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated.
Day-to-Day Activities:
· Writing press releases, newsletters, web content.
· Scheduling social media posts, managing online profiles.
· Liaising with designers, agencies, and internal teams.
· Attending events after hours.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
