- Execute local area marketing activities to increase store footfall and brand visibility
- Conduct field visits in nearby residential, commercial, and high-footfall locations
- Coordinate with store teams for in-store promotions and campaign execution
- Plan and support roadshows, leafleting, kiosk activities, and promotional events
- Identify and monitor competitor activities and local market trends
- Build relationships with local vendors, societies, and business establishments
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the reporting manager
- Ensure proper display and maintenance of marketing materials at stores
- Maintain daily activity reports, marketing MIS, expense statements, and documents
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all marketing-related record
- Two-wheeler (Bike) is mandatory with a valid driving license
Qualification & Experience
- Any graduate / diploma (Marketing preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in Retail / FMCG field marketing
- Freshers with good local area knowledge may also be considered
- Good communication skills in the local language
- Strong knowledge of local areas, routes, and catchment points
- Good documentation and record maintenance skills
- Willingness to work in the field and travel extensively
