2. Tasks and Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within target market segments (B2B, B2G, B2C) to achieve sales goals.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, including contracting companies, design firms, and real estate developers.
Manage the entire project-based sales cycle from lead generation and client consultation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
Understand client needs and requirements to propose solutions from our product portfolio (furniture, decor, restoration, etc.).
Collaborate closely with the internal design and production teams to ensure client expectations for quality and delivery timelines are met.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations that address client needs.
Conduct market research to analyze competitors, identify market trends, and inform sales strategies.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote the Nafees World brand.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and project pipelines using CRM software.

3. Job Holder Requirements

Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B/B2G project sales, preferably within the construction, interior design, or high-end furniture industry in Saudi Arabia
- Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics in project-based environments.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with both clients and internal technical teams.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, with a strategic approach to business development.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English is essential.

- Resides in Riyadh with a valid Saudi driver's license.
