Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in the Accounting & Tax Consultancy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our services, generating leads, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for accounting, tax, VAT, audit, and compliance services
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field marketing and direct client meetings
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and referral sources
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
• Support branding, promotional campaigns, and corporate presentations
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective service communication
• Prepare marketing reports and track performance metrics

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in an Accounting & Tax Consultancy or related professional services firm
• Strong understanding of accounting, tax, VAT, and compliance services
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel within the UAE
• Must be currently available in the UAE and willing to attend direct interviews
• Valid UAE driving license is an added advantage

Preferred Skills:

• Strong networking and client acquisition skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
