We are hiring Full-Time Marketing Executives for our fast-growing logistics aggregator startup. Website: www.iCarry.in

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months of Marketing experience (mandatory)
• Good internet connection
• Laptop/Desktop and mobile phone
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
• Prior knowledge of the logistics industry is a plus
• Experience in the e-commerce industry or ability to learn quickly

Key Responsibilities

Organic Outreach & Lead Generation:

• Generate a high-quality leads database by actively engaging with small and medium business owners on different platforms through Calls, DMs, comments, and strategic outreach.
• Enter and manage leads in the CRM system as per daily/weekly targets
• Collaborate with the content team (or external freelancers) to discuss & review marketing ideas, ensure brand consistency and quality in all visuals and messaging.
• More marketing initiatives on other platforms as necessary and as directed by your management.
• Use Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools to scale successful campaigns
• Create scripts, hooks, and short-form content such as Reels-style videos

• CTC: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Working Timing: Depending on your manager, your work schedule may vary.

• 10:00 AM-7:00 PM (Monday-Saturday)
