Marketing Executive

Job Role: The purpose of this role is to drive brand visibility and business growth by planning and executing marketing events, developing high-quality marketing content, and enabling the sales team with effective tools that communicate our value proposition clearly and consistently.

Responsibilities:


  • Plan, coordinate, and execute tradeshows, conferences, and marketing events.
  • Manage vendor coordination, logistics, and on-ground support to ensure smooth and professional execution.
  • Support pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event reporting.
  • Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign
  • Develop and manage marketing collaterals such as presentations, brochures, case studies, blogs, and digital assets.
  • Develop content of marketing campaigns and ensure it is engaging, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Create and update sales enablement tools, including PowerPoint presentations, product brochures, and pitch decks
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure materials effectively support customer conversations and deal closures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Ensure all marketing materials strictly follow brand guidelines and corporate identity standards.
  • Support campaign planning, communication rollouts, and promotional initiatives.


Qualifications and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • Master’s in Business Administration / Equivalent Post-Graduate Degree in Business Management
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience preferably from Pharma / Medical Devices / Packaging / Glass manufacturing.
