Job Role:
The purpose of this role is to drive brand visibility and business growth by planning and executing marketing events, developing high-quality marketing content, and enabling the sales team with effective tools that communicate our value proposition clearly and consistently.
Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute tradeshows, conferences, and marketing events.

Manage vendor coordination, logistics, and on-ground support to ensure smooth and professional execution.

Support pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event reporting.

Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign

Develop and manage marketing collaterals such as presentations, brochures, case studies, blogs, and digital assets.

Develop content of marketing campaigns and ensure it is engaging, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.

Create and update sales enablement tools, including PowerPoint presentations, product brochures, and pitch decks

Work closely with the sales team to ensure materials effectively support customer conversations and deal closures.

Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.

Ensure all marketing materials strictly follow brand guidelines and corporate identity standards.

Support campaign planning, communication rollouts, and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field

Master’s in Business Administration / Equivalent Post-Graduate Degree in Business Management
-
2 - 3 years of relevant experience preferably from Pharma / Medical Devices / Packaging / Glass manufacturing.
