MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

​We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate lives and breathes digital trends, knows how to grow an online community, and possesses top-tier communication skills to engage our audience and collaborate with internal teams.

​Key Responsibilities

• ​Social Media Management: Lead the strategy, execution, and monitoring of our presence on platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
• ​Content Creation: Draft engaging copy, coordinate visuals, and schedule posts that align with our brand identity.
• ​Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and calls mentions in a timely and professional manner to build brand loyalty.
• ​Performance Tracking: Analyze social media metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and provide weekly reports on what’s working and what isn’t.
• ​Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of the curve on social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity.

​Required Skills & Qualifications

• ​Social Media Expertise: Proven experience managing professional social media accounts with a focus on growth and engagement.
• ​Stellar Communication: Exceptional writing and verbal skills. You should be able to switch tones—from professional to "viral-friendly"—effortlessly.
• ​Strategic Thinking: A solid understanding of digital marketing principles and how social media fits into the wider sales funnel.
• ​Tech Savvy: Familiarity with scheduling tools (like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later) and basic design tools (like Canva or Adobe Express).
• ​Analytical Mindset: Ability to read data and translate numbers into actionable marketing insights.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: QAR1,000.00 - QAR1,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
