Imperium Dynamics is seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing Executive to elevate our brand and execute impactful B2B and ISV-focused strategies. You’ll be instrumental in driving high-quality leads, crafting compelling campaigns, and maximizing ROI through data-driven insights. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop standout marketing assets, manage digital campaigns, and align strategies with business goals.

Responsiblities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize B2B marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Develop and implement email marketing strategies, including A/B testing to refine messaging and boost performance.
  • Design and manage integrated campaigns spanning paid advertising, content marketing, and social media.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and growth opportunities in ISV and B2B landscapes.
  • Create impactful marketing assets, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, videos, and graphics.
  • Analyze and optimize digital campaign performance using analytics tools to maximize ROI.
  • Plan and oversee webinars, events, and virtual demos to showcase solutions and build client trust.
  • Collaborate with product and distribution teams to ensure consistent messaging across the client journey.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and tools to implement innovative B2B and ISV marketing strategies.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1+ years in a marketing role, preferably in the software/technology industry with a focus on B2B and ISV marketing.
  • Core Competencies:
    • Expertise in digital marketing, email campaigns, and A/B testing.
    • Basic Knowledge of CRM and Lead Gen tools.
    • Basic skills in Adobe Suite and video editing software for multimedia content creation.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills to craft engaging content.
    • Analytical mindset for interpreting data and turning insights into actionable strategies.
    • Experience with lead generation, ABM, and content strategies tailored to B2B audiences.
    • Creative thinker with adaptability for diverse industries and personas.
    • Team player who thrives in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
