Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote company services, digital solutions, and products across multiple platforms.
  • Manage and update website content to ensure alignment with SEO, UX, and brand standards.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking, traffic, and lead generation.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube).
  • Create engaging content — including posts, blogs, newsletters, reels, and promotional materials — aligned with business goals and brand identity.
  • Coordinate with the design and development teams for visuals, campaigns, and digital assets.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare regular marketing reports.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and customer insights to guide marketing decisions.
  • Support in email marketing, lead generation campaigns, and CRM-based activities.
  • Collaborate with management to align marketing initiatives with company objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within a technology or software development company.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with website CMS platforms (WordPress or similar).
  • Excellent knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
  • Ability to write and edit marketing content in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with B2B and B2C digital campaigns.
  • Knowledge of IT services, software solutions, and SaaS marketing.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe tools, or similar).
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools or chat automation is a plus.
