About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to join our carpentry and interior fit-out company. The ideal candidate should have experience in marketing, social media management, content creation, brand promotion, and client communication.

The candidate will be responsible for improving the company’s visibility, promoting our projects and services, supporting lead generation, and maintaining a strong professional image across online and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company’s carpentry, joinery, and interior fit-out services.
• Manage the company’s social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
• Create engaging content such as posts, captions, reels, project updates, before-and-after visuals, and service highlights.
• Coordinate with project teams to collect photos, videos, site updates, and completed project content.
• Prepare marketing materials such as company profiles, brochures, presentations, flyers, email campaigns, and promotional content.
• Support lead generation by identifying potential clients, consultants, contractors, interior designers, architects, hotels, restaurants, and commercial clients.
• Conduct market research on competitors, design trends, customer preferences, pricing trends, and new business opportunities.
• Assist in planning and running paid advertising campaigns when required.
• Maintain and update the company’s website, portfolio, and online listings when needed.
• Communicate with potential clients and support the sales team with inquiries and follow-ups.
• Help organize project portfolios, client presentations, and proposal documents.
• Track marketing performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure all marketing content reflects the company’s brand image, quality standards, and professional reputation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Marketing Executive, preferably in interior fit-out, construction, real estate, carpentry, joinery, architecture, or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
• Ability to create professional captions, posts, and promotional content.
• Experience in lead generation and client communication.
• Good understanding of branding, digital marketing, and market research.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn marketing, or SEO is preferred.
• Photography and basic video editing skills are an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• UAE/GCC marketing experience is preferred.
• Experience working with interior fit-out, contracting, design, or project-based companies is an advantage.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
