Today, Uniglobe is the leading importer, wholesaler, distributor and retailer of alcoholic beverages in the UAE. In addition to retail stores, we have a significant presence in the Hospitality sector.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote company brands and products
• Coordinate with retail stores, hospitality outlets, and sales teams for promotional activities
• Manage social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
• Create marketing materials such as posters, flyers, banners, and promotional content
• Conduct market research and analyze customer trends and competitor activities
• Organize events, product launches, and in-store promotions
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, agencies, and media partners
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
• Support branding and visibility initiatives across all company divisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in marketing, retail, hospitality, or FMCG industry
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools/design software is an advantage
• Creative thinking with strong organizational skills
• UAE experience will be preferred
