Marketing Executive

MARKETING EXECUTIVE – RETAIL & ON-GROUND ACTIVATIONS

We are a fast-growing jewellery brand in the UAE looking for a highly energetic and execution-focused Marketing Executive to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in consumer marketing, especially in retail, fashion, beauty, luxury, or lifestyle brands.

We already have a strong digital and performance marketing team in place. We are now looking for someone who can take ownership of the on-ground marketing engine of the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Planning and executing BTL and trade marketing activities
• Coordinating and managing mall activations, in-store events, exhibitions, festive campaigns, and brand experiences
• Working closely with retail stores to improve walk-ins, visibility, and customer engagement
• Managing branding and marketing material across stores
• Coordinating with vendors, printers, production agencies, malls, and event partners
• Helping execute seasonal campaigns, launches, and customer engagement initiatives
• Assisting in influencer collaborations and local partnerships where relevant
• Ensuring strong brand presentation and customer experience during all activations
• Supporting the team with creative marketing ideas that drive footfall and sales

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in consumer marketing is mandatory
• Experience in retail, jewellery, fashion, beauty, luxury, FMCG, or lifestyle brands preferred
• Strong understanding of trade marketing, BTL marketing, and customer engagement
• Someone highly proactive, energetic, organized, and execution-oriented
• Comfortable handling events, coordination, vendor follow-ups, and on-ground activities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience handling mall marketing or retail events
• Experience working with premium or luxury consumer brands
• Creative instincts and a strong eye for branding and presentation
