Job Purpose

The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. The role works closely with internal departments, external agencies, and business stakeholders to ensure effective marketing initiatives and consistent brand representation.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, events, exhibitions, and product launches.
  • Support the implementation of marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key marketing metrics.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage and update social media platforms and company websites.
  • Create and schedule marketing content for digital channels.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and designers for digital marketing activities.
  • Monitor online engagement and respond to customer inquiries when required.
  • Support SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertising initiatives.

Content & Brand Management

  • Develop marketing materials, presentations, brochures, flyers, and promotional content.
  • Ensure all marketing communications are aligned with company branding guidelines.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing and advertising materials.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze marketing data and customer feedback to support business decisions.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations based on market insights.

Coordination & Administration

  • Coordinate with sales and operational teams to support business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers, agencies, and vendors.
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking expenditures.
  • Maintain marketing records, databases, and documentation.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand management, or a related role.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media management.
  • Excellent communication and content-writing skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with design and marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Team player with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
