Job Summary

The ideal candidate will assist in managing campaigns, social media platforms, promotional activities, and market research while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Manage and update social media platforms and digital content
• Coordinate promotional activities, events, and brand activations
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Create marketing materials such as presentations, flyers, and advertisements
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
• Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and external agencies
• Support email marketing and customer engagement initiatives
• Maintain brand standards across all communication channels
• Assist in developing creative ideas to increase customer engagement and sales

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in marketing or a similar role is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of social media management and digital marketing
• Familiarity with marketing tools and analytics platforms
• Creative thinking with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software

• Content creation and copywriting
• SEO and online advertising knowledge
• Photography or video editing skills are a plus
