- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and offering solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to management on recurring customer issues and possible solutions.
- Follow communication scripts and company policies while interacting with customers.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
