Marketing Executive

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and offering solutions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to management on recurring customer issues and possible solutions.
  • Follow communication scripts and company policies while interacting with customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed customer service quality standards and performance metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
