Marketing Executive (Arab nationalities)

Lead the execution of marketing strategies aimed at building and strengthening the brand, enhancing product packaging and presentation, and maximizing brand visibility across all digital and traditional media channels.
This role requires a creative and analytical marketing professional who can manage multi-channel campaigns, collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, and ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies approved by senior leadership.
  • Align marketing campaigns with organizational objectives, product launches, and promotional plans.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to adjust marketing tactics.
  • Prepare performance reports and presentations for management, highlighting progress and recommendations.

Agency & Vendor Management

  • Coordinate and maintain communication with external marketing agencies and vendors.
  • Ensure agency deliverables align with brand guidelines and approved marketing strategies.
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and performance metrics for all outsourced marketing initiatives.

Content Creation & Social Media Management

  • Oversee the creation of engaging and brand-aligned content for multiple channels (video, static, motion, copy, etc.).
  • Manage social media presence across all relevant platforms.
  • Maintain content calendars, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and aesthetics.
  • Track social media performance metrics and recommend strategies to increase engagement, followers, and conversions.

Media Buying & Advertising

  • Plan, negotiate, and execute media buying across digital and traditional channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, print, outdoor, etc.).
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Analyze ad performance and ROI, preparing reports and actionable insights for leadership.

Brand Development & Packaging

  • Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms, materials, and product packaging in line with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to ensure brand relevance and differentiation.

ASSESSMENT CRITERIA

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing management, brand management, or digital marketing roles.
  • Proven experience with brand building, packaging design, and marketing communications.
  • Hands-on experience in media planning, digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and content strategy.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends (Instagram, X, TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, product, and sales teams.
  • Experience managing agency relationships and marketing budgets.
