To increase & improve brand awareness, recognition & positioning, locally & globally. To increase sales through creative marketing, tapping into new clients and markets & increasing brand loyalty.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop creative and efficient marketing ideas.
  • Organizing and overseeing advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV, print, etc.), exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Writing & proofreading creative copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.).
  • Maintaining relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
  • Managing social media content.
  • Looking into website data analytics & suggesting and implementing online marketing strategies / campaigns.
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
  • Initiating and analyzing surveys to profile customers & assess their requirements & loyalty.
  • Initiating and managing collaborations with other brands (group advertising, product collaborations, & others).
  • Collaborating with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
  • Contributing to internal communications and managing organizational culture events.
  • Other duties may be assigned as per management needs.
Summary of Skills:
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience as a marketing executive or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Fluent in both Arabic & English writing & speaking.
  • Creative and commercial awareness.
  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g Web Trends)
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
  • Exceptional communication and people skills. Great at networking skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
