Loma Tours is looking for a motivated, creative, and results‑driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must be an Arabic speaker with strong digital marketing skills and the ability to support both sales and marketing operations in the travel industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for holiday packages, Umrah trips, and UAE attractions.
• Create and design marketing visuals (images & videos) for campaigns and social media.
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) including targeting, budgeting, and analytics.
• Run Google Ads campaigns and support SEO to improve online visibility.
• Perform basic website updates (WordPress or similar CMS).
• Generate leads, convert prospects, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct market research and support multi‑channel marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing (travel industry preferred).
• Strong experience in digital marketing: Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, analytics.
• Ability to design marketing content (photos & videos).
• Familiarity with website editing tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Arabic speaker is mandatory.
• Motivated, creative, and results‑oriented personality.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
