Marketing & Executive Assistant – SugarFur

SugarFur is a fast-growing Los Angeles brand that creates LED faux-fur festival jackets and accessories worn at festivals like EDC, Burning Man, and beyond.

Our pieces are designed to light up the night and create unforgettable moments. The brand is growing quickly, and we’re looking for someone who can help turn all the creative ideas and products we have into consistent marketing and content that reaches more people while supporting management and operations.

This is a great role for someone who loves fashion, social media, festivals, and creative storytelling and willing to work, learn and grow with a fast growing startup.

What You’ll Help With

• Planning and managing marketing campaigns
• Assisting with customer service and fulfillment
• Filming and editing TikTok & Instagram content
• Posting and managing social media
• Helping coordinate influencer collaborations
• Creating email marketing campaigns
• Brainstorming viral content ideas
• Helping capture content during shoots or events

Ideal Candidate

You might be a great fit if you:

• Want to be part of fast growing fashion startup with huge potential.
• Use AI tools effectively and willing to learn more.
• Are very comfortable with TikTok / Instagram Reels
• Enjoy creating and editing social media content
• Have creative ideas
• Have an eye for fashion, aesthetics, and trends
• Are organized and proactive
• Are not hesitant to take responsibility and make decisions
• Are located in Los Angeles

Bonus if you have experience with:

• CapCut or video editing apps
• Influencer outreach
• Email marketing (Klaviyo, etc.)
