Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and digital campaigns aligned with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to inform strategies.
  • Manage and monitor digital marketing activities, including social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and content campaigns.
  • Oversee marketing operations, ensuring smooth workflow, timely execution, budget adherence, and quality control.
  • Coordinate with creative, media, and production teams to deliver campaigns efficiently.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize ROI.
  • Support brand strategy and content planning, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships to guarantee timely deliverables and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in planning and executing events, activations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, operational best practices, and marketing technologies to enhance performance.


Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within an agency or corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  • Experience in planning and executing digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
  • Ability to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to support marketing strategies.
  • Skilled in data interpretation and campaign optimization based on performance metrics.
  • Experience coordinating with creative, media, and production teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Strong operational and project management skills, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
  • Good understanding of brand positioning, marketing strategy, and audience segmentation.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and online tracking tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and multitasking abilities.
  • Up to date with digital trends, marketing technologies, and best practices.
