Marketing Executive- B.tech Civil Freshers

We are hiring for the position of Marketing Executive (Technical exports) to support and promote our Mestri brand products, which include chemical bags for block joint mortar, ready plaster, and tile adhesives. We welcome freshers, though preference will be given to B.Tech Civil Engineering graduates and Diploma holders.

Technical Marketing Executive

Salary:

₹20,000 per month during the probation period ( Diploma)

₹25,000 per month during the probation period (Btech )

Post-probation: Performance-based increments

Job Summary:

The selected candidate will engage with clients, builders, and distributors to explain the technical aspects of our products. The role involves conducting product mockups, pull-off tests, and demonstrations to showcase our products’ performance and gather feedback from the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and communicate the technical benefits of Mestri brand products

Engage with clients, builders, and distributors

Conduct product mockups, demonstrations, and pull-off tests

Gather market feedback and suggest improvements

Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product development teams

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Btech Civil Engineering, Chemistry, or related field

Basic understanding of construction chemicals and materials

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to explain technical concepts clearly

Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and technologies

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
