Job Summary

As a Business Development Executive at Yash Groups, Chennai, you will play a key role in driving growth through strategic sales, outreach, and marketing initiatives. The role involves building partnerships across schools, apartments, banks, corporates, residential communities, and institutional segments to promote dental healthcare services. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, proactive networker, and results-driven professional with experience in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities - Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across schools, apartments, corporates, banks, residential communities, and institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as HR managers, administrators, facility managers, and community heads.
  • Understand client and community requirements and propose suitable dental care programs, check-up camps, and customized service offerings.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close partnerships aligned with clinic objectives.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.

Strategic Outreach & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns to promote Yash Dental Clinic’s services.
  • Coordinate dental awareness programs, health camps, and engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, presentations, and content.

Marketing & Brand Visibility

  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Manage and assist in digital marketing initiatives including social media engagement, website content, email campaigns, and online listings.
  • Represent Yash Dental Clinic at exhibitions, health fairs, corporate events, and networking programs.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and patient preferences to refine sales and marketing approaches.

Presentations & Workshops

  • Conduct presentations and dental awareness workshops for schools, corporates, and residential communities.
  • Customize presentations based on audience needs and engagement goals.

Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Generate qualified leads through prospecting, referrals, and outreach initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to convert leads into long-term clients and partners.

Reporting & Market Research

  • Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, leads, partnerships, and conversions.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the management team on performance, opportunities, and market dynamics.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (healthcare industry preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of B2B and B2C sales cycles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Familiarity with the Chennai market is a plus.
