MARKETING EXECUTIVE (CITY OPERATIONS)

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, creative Marketing Executive to lead our local brand presence. Whether you are an experienced professional or a highly motivated fresher, we care most about your passion for the subject and your ability to bring fresh, "out-of-the-box" ideas to the table.

This role serves as the vital bridge between creative storytelling and sales results. You will be the primary point person for our city-specific social media strategy, agency coordination, and lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Content Management

  • Agency Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for the social media agency; manage daily workflows, shoots, and publishing schedules.
  • Concept Development: Conceptualize fresh ideas and creative campaigns tailored to the city’s audience and specific project requirements.
  • Quality Control: Scrutinize all scripts, topics, and visual assets to ensure brand alignment and factual accuracy before going live.
  • Scheduling: Maintain a robust content calendar, ensuring a consistent and strategic posting cadence across all platforms.

2. Sales Alignment & Performance Tracking

  • Strategic Integration: Align all local marketing activities with the sales team’s monthly targets and inventory focus.
  • Lead Management: Generate weekly lead reports, analyzing quality and making real-time strategy pivots to improve results.
  • Ad Tracking: Monitor active ad campaigns on a daily basis to ensure optimal performance and budget utilization.
  • Internal Advocacy: Encourage and train the internal team to engage with brand content, helping them update their personal social profiles to maximize organic enquiries.

3. Production & Coordination

  • Production Planning: Plan and oversee site shoots, testimonial captures, and project-specific photography.
  • HO Reporting: Maintain regular coordination with the Head Office (HO) marketing team to ensure city-level efforts align with national guidelines.

  • Marketing Enthusiast: You are genuinely passionate about brand building and stay ahead of the curve on digital trends.
  • Creative Thinker: You have a natural ability to think of new ideas and concepts—you don’t just follow a brief; you add value to it.
  • Strong Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must for script verification and cross-departmental coordination.
  • Result-Oriented: You aren't just looking to "post content"—you want to see that content turn into leads and sales.
  • Technical Aptitude: A quick learner who can navigate social media analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and scheduling tools.

  • Lead Flow: Consistent week-on-week growth in qualified leads.
  • Content Accuracy: Zero errors in published scripts and project details.
  • Organic Reach: High employee engagement and increased local community interaction.
  • Response Time: Seamless, daily synchronization between the Agency and HO.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
