We are hiring an experienced Café Marketing & Social Media Specialist whose primary mission is to increase revenue from:
- In-store café sales
- Events & catering
Social media management is a tool to drive sales, not the final goal. We are looking for someone who understands how to turn content, promotions, and campaigns into real customers and bookings.
Key Responsibilities1. In-Store Sales Growth (Primary Responsibility)
- Plan and execute weekly and monthly sales campaigns to increase:
- Daily footfall
- Average order value
- Repeat visits
- Create product bundles, limited-time offers, upselling strategies, and staff selling scripts.
- Work closely with café staff to ensure promotions are actively pushed to customers.
- Improve menu layout, visuals, and product positioning to drive impulse buys.
2. Events & Catering Marketing
- Promote café events, catering, and coffee cart services.
- Create event offers, packages, and pricing strategies.
- Generate leads through:
- Social media
- WhatsApp
- Local partnerships and walk-ins
- Support event execution and identify upsell opportunities.
- Track event performance and profitability.
3. Social Media Management
- Manage daily content for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with sales goals.
- Create and post:
- Product-focused content
- Promotions and limited offers
- Behind-the-scenes café content
- Event highlights and customer moments
- Respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries, converting them into store visits or bookings.
- Work with influencers or creators when needed (ROI-focused).
4. Campaigns & Promotions
- Launch seasonal, weekend, payday, and holiday campaigns.
- Lead new product launches from idea to execution.
- Coordinate in-store visuals: posters, table cards, menus, stickers.
- Collaborate with suppliers for joint promotions.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track and report on:
- Sales before vs after campaigns
- Social media performance tied to footfall and orders
- Event inquiries and conversions
- Use data to improve content, offers, and promotions.
- Present clear insights and next steps to management.
Required Experience & SkillsMust-Have
- 2–5 years experience in café, restaurant, F&B, or retail marketing.
- Proven experience managing social media pages for a business.
- Demonstrated ability to increase sales through marketing.
- Strong understanding of café customer behavior.
- Hands-on, execution-focused mindset.
