Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Graphic Designer cum Marketing In-Charge to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills combined with hands-on marketing experience, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry. Experience in specialty coffee brands will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design marketing materials including posters, menus, social media content, digital ads, and branding assets
• Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms
• Handle social media marketing, promotions, and brand visibility
• Coordinate with operations and management to support sales and marketing initiatives
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
• Monitor marketing performance and suggest improvements

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in Graphic Design and Marketing
• Previous experience in the Food & Beverage industry is mandatory
• Specialty coffee experience is a strong plus
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing and content creation
• Creative, organized, and able to work independently
• Must be currently in the UAE
• Immediate joiner preferred
