Skills Required:

1. Dairy product knowledge and quality management

2. Sales, negotiation, and customer handling

3. Marketing, branding, and promotions

4. Market research and competitor analysis

5. Communication, teamwork, and basic sales analytics

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote and sell dairy products to retailers, distributors, and customer.

2. Build and maintain customer relationships; handle complaints and feedback.

3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.

4. Monitor sales, track targets, and prepare performance reports.

5. Coordinate with production and supply teams to ensure product availability.

6. Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and local community activities.
