Marketing Executive / Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Overview: Coastal Innovations Qatar is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive / Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility and drive engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and other marketing materials.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment on marketing efforts.
• Manage budgets for marketing campaigns and report on ROI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital strategies.
• Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Salary:

Hourly rate between QAR 60 - 120, commensurate with experience.
