Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of experience to manage the onboarding of doctors into our network. The role involves doctor acquisition, relationship building, coordination of onboarding formalities, and ensuring a smooth integration into organizational services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard qualified doctors into the network
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
- Explain organizational services, processes, and collaboration models
- Coordinate documentation, credential verification, and agreements
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and activation of doctors
- Work closely with operations, HR, and clinical teams
- Track onboarding pipeline and maintain accurate records
- Support marketing initiatives and outreach activities
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare marketing, doctor relations, or business development
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Pharma Industry
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Organizational and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of healthcare industry preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
