Job Summary

We are looking for a B2B Marketing Executive to promote our education brand and products to schools. The role focuses on building brand awareness, generating qualified school leads, nurturing decision-makers, and supporting conversions through a structured marketing funnel.

This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B marketing, long sales cycles, and school decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Campaigns

  • Run and manage LinkedIn, Meta, and Google campaigns for school audiences
  • Generate and qualify leads from schools
  • Improve lead quality and reduce funnel drop-offs

Content & Brand Promotion

  • Create and manage:
  • LinkedIn posts and thought-leadership content
  • Case studies, brochures, and presentations
  • Campaign creatives and marketing copy
  • Position the brand as a trusted education partner for schools

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B Marketing
  • Experience marketing to schools, institutions, or decision-makers (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels and lead nurturing
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads)
  • Good communication and presentation skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Education / EdTech / Curriculum / Training services
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, email marketing, and WhatsApp marketing
  • Ability to work closely with sales teams

Job Type : Full-time

Salary : Rs.30,000/- to Rs.40,000/-

Location : Chennai / Hybrid / On-site (as applicable)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
