Job Summary
We are looking for a B2B Marketing Executive to promote our education brand and products to schools. The role focuses on building brand awareness, generating qualified school leads, nurturing decision-makers, and supporting conversions through a structured marketing funnel.
This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B marketing, long sales cycles, and school decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Campaigns
- Run and manage LinkedIn, Meta, and Google campaigns for school audiences
- Generate and qualify leads from schools
- Improve lead quality and reduce funnel drop-offs
Content & Brand Promotion
- Create and manage:
- LinkedIn posts and thought-leadership content
- Case studies, brochures, and presentations
- Campaign creatives and marketing copy
- Position the brand as a trusted education partner for schools
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B Marketing
- Experience marketing to schools, institutions, or decision-makers (preferred)
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and lead nurturing
- Experience with digital marketing platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Good communication and presentation skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Education / EdTech / Curriculum / Training services
- Knowledge of CRM tools, email marketing, and WhatsApp marketing
- Ability to work closely with sales teams
