Marketing Executive-Female

International Radiology Centre (IRC) is seeking a driven, dynamic and people-oriented Female Marketing Executive with a strong understanding of medical diagnostic imaging. The ideal candidate should be fluent in radiological and medical terminology and should have a well-established network of physicians.

Based in Sharjah, this role primarily involves engaging with hospitals and clinics in Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah and Dubai, with additional responsibilities for emirates-wide marketing.

The successful candidate will enhance IRC’s reputation as a provider of high standard diagnostic imaging services. She will drive on-the-ground and digital marketing initiatives, working towards targets and demonstrating sustainable market growth.

Key Responsibilities:

 Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers.

 Leverage radiology expertise to communicate the value of IRC’s services to prospective clients and partners.

 Collaborate with radiologists, medical professionals, and industry stakeholders to identify and address market needs.

 Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for radiology services.

 Prepare and oversee the marketing budget.

 Coordinate and execute marketing activities across various channels including digital, print and events.

 Monitor, analyse and adapt strategies for improvement.

 Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and service enhancement.

Requirements:

 A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

 A minimm of five years’ marketing experience in the United Arab Emirates healthcare sector.

 A strong understanding of radiology services, market trends, and medical terminology.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Self-motivated and hard-working with the ability to work independently.

 A UAE driving license and a car for client meetings and events.
