Marketing Executive (Female)

Position: Female Marketing Executive
Location: DHA Rahbar, Lahore (Onsite)
Minimum Experience: 1–2 Years (Salary can be negotiated as per demand and skills)
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Weekend Off)

Job Description
We are seeking a versatile Female Marketing Executive to support our overall marketing and business development efforts. This position involves a mix of digital marketing, content coordination, brand management, and administrative support for marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
2. Draft and ensure marketing materials including newsletters, company profiles, blog posts, and basic promotional copy.
3. Manage the company’s professional presence on social platforms (primarily LinkedIn and Facebook) as part of the broader marketing mix.
4. Prepare the weekly content calendar and work to ensure all assets are ready for the content calendar.
5. Help execute and monitor paid social campaigns.
6. Act as a bridge between the creative team and the sales department to ensure marketing goals are met.
7. Keep an eye on local and international social media trends to suggest fresh ideas for our platforms.
8. Maintain and organize the digital asset library (Google Drive/Dropbox) for easy access.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business Administration or a related field.

Preferred Tools & Technologies:
Marketing Tools: Basic knowledge of Email Marketing, CRM software, and Google Analytics.
Creative Basics: Familiarity with Canva or editing tools like Capcut, Adobe for quick marketing tweaks.
Management: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and project management apps.
