Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales volume and value targets within an assigned territory.
  • Dealer & Distributor Management: Visit paint dealers daily to take orders, manage inventory, and resolve queries. Expand the network by identifying and appointing new dealer counters.
  • Influencer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, including contractors, painters, and architects. Organize "painter meets" and promotional workshops.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct live demonstrations of paint application techniques and showcase new product features to potential clients and contractors.
  • Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to provide feedback for internal sales strategies.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of sales, customer feedback, and expenses using CRM software or mobile apps. Manage receivables and ensure timely payment collection from dealers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
