Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our growing FMCG food brand in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong marketing experience in the FMCG or food sector, deep understanding of the Saudi market and consumer trends, and the ability to turn insights into effective brand campaigns.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Brand Managers, Digital & social media Teams, PR, B2B, and Creative & Media Agencies to drive awareness, engagement, and growth across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and on-ground channels.
• Work with Brand Managers to align on product positioning and campaign goals.
• Collaborate with social media, PR, and Digital teams to ensure locally relevant communication.
• Partner with B2B and Trade teams to support in-store activations and promotions.
• Manage creative briefs and coordinate with creative and media agencies.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to identify consumer insights and opportunities.
• Track campaign performance and ROI using Excel and analytics tools.
• Support product launches, events, and brand partnerships in the KSA market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the FMCG or food industry in KSA/GCC.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, analytics) and data-driven reporting.
• Experience using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Business Center.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Saudi consumer culture, seasonal shopping behaviour, and key events (Ramadan, Eid, National Day).
