Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new referral sources such as doctors, clinics, and corporate companies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing referral partners and ensure regular visits.
  • Liaise with general practitioners, specialists, and healthcare providers to promote hospital/scan services.
  • Coordinate with corporate clients and TPAs (Third-Party Administrators) for health checkups, tie-ups, and medical camps.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, community outreach programs, and medical camps.
  • Coordinate and participate in health awareness programs, exhibitions, and public events.
  • Create and distribute marketing materials (brochures, leaflets, digital content).
  • Manage digital marketing efforts in coordination with the digital team (social media, SEO, online ads).
  • Conduct regular market visits to analyze competitors’ activities, pricing, and new service launches.
  • Collect feedback from patients and referral partners to improve service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Prepare periodic reports on marketing activities, leads, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with doctors, front office, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates to management on marketing performance and business development targets.
  • Assist in branding, signage, and promotional activities within the hospital or scan center premises.

  • Knowledge of healthcare marketing and local healthcare market trends
  • Basic Computer knowledge

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Fresher with any degree (interested in marketing field)
  • 1–5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, hospital/diagnostic center marketing
  • Experience in field marketing and customer engagement preferred
  • Must have a valid two-wheeler and driving license (for field visits)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
