Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with up to 1-2 years of experience who want to build a career in mobile app marketing and growth. You will work closely with our team to manage Android app campaigns, performance tracking, and monetization optimization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and optimizing Android apps on Google Play Console (store listing updates, ASO basics, performance monitoring).
• Support execution and optimization of Google Ads App Campaigns (installs & in-app actions).
• Help monitor and improve monetization through Google AdMob.
• Assist in event tracking, reporting, and analysis using Firebase.
• Prepare weekly performance reports (CPI, retention, revenue, ROAS).
• Conduct basic keyword research for ASO and support app growth strategies.
• Stay updated with Google Play policies and digital marketing trends.

Requirements

Qualification: BBA/MBA (Marketing preferred) from a reputable university.

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience required.

• Strong interest in mobile app marketing and performance advertising.
• Basic understanding of paid ads, analytics, and app growth concepts.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.

Good to Have (Plus Points)

• Familiarity with Google Ads dashboard.
• Basic knowledge of ASO.
• Understanding of mobile app monetization (Ads + IAP).
• Experience working on Android apps.
