- Develop and execute local marketing campaigns to promote Curagers’ home healthcare services in assigned regions.
- Visit hospitals, clinics, residential societies, corporates, and community centers to create awareness and generate leads.
- Organize and manage on-ground activities such as awareness drives, health camps, wellness programs, and promotional events.
- Distribute brochures, flyers, and marketing materials to potential patients, families, and partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, senior living communities, and corporate HR teams for referral opportunities.
- Represent Curagers at community events, corporate wellness programs, and local gatherings to enhance brand presence.
- Identify and nurture potential clients through door-to-door marketing, networking, and partnerships.
- Engage with patients’ families and communities to understand healthcare needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct field surveys, collect patient feedback, and share insights with the management team.
- Track field marketing performance, maintain daily visit records, and submit regular activity reports.
- Support patient care coordinators by providing leads and connecting them with interested clients.
- Ensure effective distribution of promotional material while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the digital and internal marketing teams to align field campaigns with overall brand goals.
