Job description:
Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive, field-oriented Offline Marketing Executive to generate high-quality leads through door-to-door marketing and physical outreach across targeted commercial and business zones. The candidate will play a key role in expanding our network of local players, brands, corporates, and investors for real estate leasing, sales, franchises, investment, and collaboration deals.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Offline Lead Generation
* Visit local markets, business clusters, corporates, and properties for direct outreach.
* Conduct door-to-door marketing and field activation for property-related opportunities.
2. Business Development
* Identify and initiate contact with local brands, investors, shop owners, and corporates.
* Present company services and convert interest into warm leads for internal teams.
3. Brand & Service Promotion
* Distribute marketing collaterals such as flyers, brochures, and service profiles.
* Clearly communicate offerings related to leasing, sale, franchise, collaboration, and investment.
4. Territory Planning
* Strategically plan and cover commercial areas, upcoming developments.
* Track and maintain structured territory visits and follow-up calendar.
5. Market Research
* Gather information on market demand, vacant properties, business expansion needs, and competitor activities.
6. Reporting
* Submit daily/weekly lead reports, field visit logs, and territory updates.
* Maintain and update CRM or internal lead management tools regularly.
7. Coordination
* Work closely with the Sr management to pass qualified leads and follow up on outcomes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
