Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive / Marketing Coordinator to support and execute marketing initiatives that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in marketing strategy execution, market research, and coordination, with a proven background in ERP software marketing. Experience in the Healthcare or Dairy domain will be an added advantage. This role requires frequent travel and close collaboration with sales and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional activities, presentations, meetings, and trade shows.
  • Track and analyze sales data, expenses, and new business information to monitor product line performance.
  • Prepare detailed marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales and market data.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis, including pricing, market share, and product positioning.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, calendars, and promotional material inventories.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (including design/graphics) to ensure timely availability of marketing materials.
  • Support the sales team by providing market trends, forecasts, account analysis, and product information.
  • Monitor marketing budgets by comparing actual results with planned forecasts.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices through continuous learning.
  • Take ownership of new marketing initiatives and contribute to achieving organizational goals.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of direct marketing, market segmentation, and marketing research.
  • Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and market needs.
  • Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Experience Requirements:

  • 5–6 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in ERP software marketing.
  • Industry experience in Healthcare or Dairy domain will be preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Marketing.
