Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes. 

Responsibilities

· Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate student leads for study abroad programs and educational consultancy services.

· Manage digital marketing activities including social media marketing, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and website promotions.

· Plan and organize educational seminars, webinars, workshops, and student recruitment events.

· Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and corporate partners.

· Coordinate with foreign universities and institutions for promotional activities and student recruitment campaigns.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and student preferences to improve marketing strategies.

· Supervise branding, advertising materials, brochures, banners, and promotional content.

· Manage the company’s social media presence and online reputation.

· Analyze marketing performance reports, lead conversion ratios, and return on investment (ROI).

· Work closely with counselors and admissions teams to ensure effective lead management and student follow-up.

· Prepare annual marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective promotional activities.

· Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 1–3 years’ experience (Executive) | 4+ years (Manager) 
  • Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
  • Experience in education consultancy is a plus 


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Knowledge of international education markets and student recruitment processes.
  • Ability to lead marketing campaigns and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
